Collaborative work

Collaborative work is possible in bwJupyter with the “bwJupyter - RTC” profile. The profile is based on the official Jupyter profile Datascience. Therefore, common packages for Python, Julia, and R are already pre-installed. In addition, the profile contains the extension jupyter-collaboration, which enables collaborative development in real-time. The editing of cells and the execution of code is synchronized so that you can ideally work with several people on the same Jupyter notebook.

Manage Members
In order for other users to access the running JupyterLab environment, they must first be added as a member. They can then access the JupyterLab environment via the link provided.

In addition to collaborative editing of notebooks, it is also possible to submit edited notebooks as a group. For more information, see the section on group submission.
